Counselling Service

We work with the Women’s centre to provide a counselling service that provides one-to-one support in a non-judgmental, emotionally supportive way and is a very valuable process for women and men who have suffered the effects of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence.

For those who engage with the counselling process the benefits can be invaluable, as they gain insight and understanding of their own lives. This process can enable people to be more confident in the choices they make in their lives and often profound changes can occur.
